Leadpages Email, CRM and Webinar Integrations (2026): Demio Leadpages Setup and More

Which tools Leadpages connects to directly, how Zapier, webhooks and embeds fill the gaps, and the right route for Demio, GoToWebinar, CRMs and schedulers.

Updated November 7, 2026

If you searched for demio leadpages or a similar pairing, the answer depends on which of four routes your tool supports: a native Leadpages integration, Zapier, a webhook or a simple embed. Leadpages connects directly to the bigger email, CRM and ad platforms, documents a few webinar tools, and leaves the rest to Zapier and webhooks. This guide shows which route fits each kind of tool, including how to register Leadpages leads for a Demio webinar, and what your plan allows.

The Four Ways Leadpages Connects to Other Tools

RouteBest forTrade-off
Native integrationMajor email, CRM, ad and payment toolsCounts toward your plan's active integration limit
ZapierTools with a Zapier app, such as DemioA separate Zapier subscription and one Zap per form
WebhooksCustom CRMs, Make, n8n or your own endpointNeeds some technical setup
HTML embedSchedulers, webinar registration and third-party formsLeadpages does not count those submissions as conversions

Which Tools Leadpages Lists as Native Integrations

Leadpages' integrations page describes more than 18 native integrations, grouped by purpose. It is the best place to check first, because these connect in a few clicks and need no extra subscription:

CategoryTools listed on leadpages.com/integrations
Email marketingMailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign
CRMHubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
Ad platformsGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Payments and ecommerceStripe, Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, Gumroad
Automation and dataZapier, Slack, Google Sheets
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics (GA4)

Leadpages' help article for its newer integrations dashboard names a slightly different set, adding Keap, Zoom, Brevo, Zoho CRM, Constant Contact, Kit, GetResponse and MailerLite, and notes that these integrations are rolling out gradually. Older help articles also document connections for AWeber, Drip, ConvertKit, iContact, Emma, Infusionsoft, Marketo, ONTRAPORT, Pardot, GoToWebinar, and WebinarJam and EverWebinar. Which ones you see depends on your account and builder, so open your own Integrations page to confirm. Step-by-step guides for three of these are in the MailerLite, AWeber and Drip articles, and payments are covered in Leadpages Stripe checkouts.

How Many Integrations Your Plan Allows

Leadpages limits how many integrations can be active at once. At the time of writing its pricing page lists five active connections on Pro ($29/mo), Business ($49/mo) and Grow ($99/mo), and ten on Optimize ($199/mo). Its integrations page and help center give higher caps for Optimize and a Scale plan, and describe sync running hourly on Grow and faster on higher plans, so treat the number in your account as the final word. Leadpages says webhooks, its API and its MCP server are available on every plan and do not count toward the limit, which makes webhooks the usual workaround once you reach the cap. Compare plans in the Leadpages pricing guide.

Webinar Integrations: Demio, GoToWebinar and WebinarJam

Webinar tools need more than an email address, so each one has its own rules about required fields.

Demio Leadpages Setup Through Zapier

Demio is not on Leadpages' native list, but Zapier connects the two. Leadpages acts as the trigger with its "New Form Submission" event, and Demio's "Create Registration for Webinar" action registers the person, which needs the event, a name and an email. To set it up:

  1. Publish your Leadpages registration page with name and email fields and submit one test registration.
  2. In Zapier, create a Zap with Leadpages' New Form Submission trigger and select the page's form.
  3. Add Demio's Create Registration for Webinar action, choose the event and map name and email.
  4. Test the Zap, turn it on and check that the test person appears as a Demio registrant.

Leadpages' Zapier help article covers its classic form widget and notes three requirements: one Zap per form, a test opt-in before you connect, and at least one other integration or lead notifications already set on the form. Zaps do not carry over when you duplicate a page.

GoToWebinar

Leadpages documents a direct GoToWebinar integration. After you connect your GoToWebinar account, you choose a webinar by title as the form's destination, and each opt-in is registered for it. The form must collect email, first name and last name; if your design has no name fields, Leadpages suggests hiding them and setting default values. Extra registration questions only pass if they match questions set up in GoToWebinar. Only active and future webinars appear, each form connects to one session, and pre-recorded webinars and GoToMeeting are not supported. GoToWebinar sends the confirmation and reminder emails.

WebinarJam and EverWebinar

This connection uses an API key, which you copy from a webinar's advanced settings under API custom integrations in WebinarJam. In Leadpages you add WebinarJam to the form, pick the webinar, and collect at least an email and a first name. For EverWebinar, registrants are placed in the next available slot; to let visitors choose a time, Leadpages suggests pasting WebinarJam's registration embed code into an HTML widget instead.

Scheduling Tools and Booking Pages

For appointments and sales calls, the Classic Builder has a Calendly embed widget: drag it onto a page or pop-up and paste your Calendly link, with no embed code needed. It works with one-on-one and group event types and stacks neatly on mobile. Two limits matter: bookings are not logged as conversions in Leadpages analytics, and because the booking flow is Calendly's own, you cannot set a custom Leadpages follow-up after someone books. Zoom also appears in Leadpages' newer integrations list. Other schedulers can usually be added with their embed code in an HTML widget, with the same conversion-tracking caveat. Service businesses can find page ideas in Leadpages for local and service businesses.

Webhooks for CRMs and Tools Without an Integration

When a tool has no native integration, webhooks are the most flexible option. Leadpages sends an HTTP POST with JSON to a URL you choose each time a form is submitted, including the form fields you pick, page details and UTM parameters, and you can attach more than one webhook to a form. That covers lead distribution systems, referral tools, link trackers, course platforms and custom CRMs, either directly if the tool accepts incoming webhooks or through Make or n8n. Leadpages' help center notes that custom webhooks and Zapier are separate from its automations feature, so set them up in the webhook settings rather than inside an automation.

Checklist Before You Go Live

  • Match field names exactly between the Leadpages form and the receiving tool, especially first and last name.
  • Submit a real test from the published page, not the editor preview.
  • Confirm who sends the confirmation email so subscribers do not get two.
  • Keep a thank-you page in Leadpages that tells people what happens next.
  • Count your active integrations and switch extra tools to webhooks if you are near the limit.
  • Export leads to CSV from Leadpages as a backup while you test a new connection.

More setup guides are in the integrations hub, and the Leadpages features overview explains forms, pop-ups and alert bars in more detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Leadpages integrate with Demio?

Not natively as far as Leadpages' integrations page and help center show. The documented route is Zapier: a Leadpages form submission triggers Zapier, and Zapier's Demio action creates a webinar registration with the event, name and email.

Does Leadpages work with GoToWebinar?

Yes. Leadpages' help center documents a GoToWebinar integration that registers people for the webinar you choose when they opt in. Your form needs email, first name and last name, and only active or future webinars appear.

How many integrations can I use on Leadpages?

Leadpages caps active integrations by plan. Its pricing page currently lists five active connections on Pro, Business and Grow and ten on Optimize, while its integrations page lists higher caps for some plans. Webhooks, according to Leadpages, do not count toward the limit.

Can I add a scheduler like Calendly to a Leadpages page?

Yes. The Classic Builder has a Calendly embed widget where you paste your Calendly link. Bookings made through it are not counted as conversions in Leadpages analytics. Other schedulers can usually be added with an HTML embed.

What if my tool is not on the Leadpages integrations list?

Use webhooks to post form data to the tool or an automation platform, use Zapier if the tool has a Zapier app, or embed the tool's own form or widget with an HTML widget. Test whichever route you choose with a real submission.

Does Leadpages connect to my CRM?

Leadpages lists native CRM integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive on its integrations page, and its help center also names Keap and Zoho CRM in the newer integrations dashboard.
